Terms of Service
1. Parties
I-RENT ENTERPRISES S.R.L., registered in Bucharest, Romania, operating under the brand i-vory Studio, provides social media content creation and digital marketing services.

2. Services
- Design and production of content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Full social account management (strategy, publishing, community).
- Consulting and training for internal teams.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are expressed in EUR, excluding Romanian VAT (21%), in the commercial quote. Payment terms are specified per project (typically 50% in advance, 50% on delivery for one-offs; monthly billing for retainers).
Accepted methods: bank transfer.
4. Contract Execution
Work begins after the advance payment is received. Timelines are communicated clearly per project.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide required brand information (access, approvals, materials).
- Respond to review requests within the agreed timeframe.
- Pay invoices on time.
6. Content Delivery
Delivered content becomes the client's property after full payment. Until then, it remains under i-vory Studio copyright.
i-vory Studio retains the right to use the work in its own portfolio (with the client's logo visible), unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.
7. Revisions
The number of rounds of revisions is specified per project (typically 2 rounds for one-offs, unlimited reasonable revisions for retainers).
8. Intellectual Property
Fonts, images, and assets licensed from third parties follow their respective licenses. Original concepts created by i-vory Studio are transferred to the client on full payment.
9. Liability
i-vory Studio is not liable for results on platforms beyond our control (algorithm changes, account bans, platform policy updates). We apply current best practices but do not guarantee specific metrics.
10. Non-solicitation
During our collaboration and for 12 months after it ends, the client agrees not to directly recruit i-vory Studio personnel.
11. Termination
Any party may terminate a retainer with 30 days' written notice. One-off projects cannot be cancelled after the advance payment is received; the advance is non-refundable unless i-vory Studio fails to deliver.
12. Data Protection
Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered office of I-RENT ENTERPRISES S.R.L. (Bucharest).
14. Modifications
We may update these terms. Major changes will be communicated in advance via email or a website banner.
